Delivery in Ukraine
— Nova Poshta (branches, lockers, couriers): delivery throughout Ukraine.
— Free delivery: for orders over 1000 UAH. If the order amount is less, shipping is paid according to the carrier's tariffs.

International delivery
We also deliver orders to European countries and other regions of the world. The delivery cost is calculated individually depending on the destination and the size of the order. Delivery time typically ranges from 7 to 14 business days, but may vary depending on the country.

— Bank cards: Visa or Mastercard.
— LiqPay and Portmone: convenient services for online payments.
— Monobank: simplified payment service with Monobank card.
— Bank transfer: for legal entities.
— Cash on delivery (Nova Poshta): payment upon receipt — the customer pays 20 UAH + 2% carrier commission for cash-on-delivery services.
— Cash on receipt: pay in cash upon receiving the goods.

According to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 172 dated March 19, 1994, cosmetic products and tools are included in the list of goods that are not subject to return or exchange if they are of proper quality.
